Admission to Loyola School is taken at the LKG level. Admission details can be obtained from the School Office towards the end of December every year.If seats are available for higher vlasses upto std. IX new admission will be granted.
Admissions to any class other than the LKG will depend upon the availability of seats in the respective classes. If seats are available, the candidates seeking admission to classes UKG to 8 will have Counselling Test conducted by the school authorities.
Application for Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the Principal by the Parent/Guardian of the child. Please note that the T.C., Conduct Certificate, once issued and signed by the pupil/parent/guardian cannot be issued again by the School Office. Should these be lost, only a duplicate can be obtained from the School on the following conditions.
Application is to be made in writing, giving the reasons.
Application must be signed by the student and countersigned by the Parent/Guardian.
A fee of Rs. 200/- must be paid in cash along with the application.
Processing will require 5 days of time from the date of application.
At the time of issuing the TC all dues to the School must be paid.
THE DATE OF BIRTH recorded at the time of admission will not be changed.
Notwithstanding anything in this prospectus, the Principal may, at his discretion, ask any Parent/Guardian to take his/her ward out of the School. The decision of the Principal is final.
